A counselor will be available to call you back on Monday through Friday, from 8a to 6p, and on Saturdays from 9a-3p. If your need is urgent, please call 800-870-5905 (voice) or 508-502-7681 (VP for American Sign Language) and ask to speak to a Counselor.

*CALL BACK INSTRUCTIONS We want to make sure that we protect your confidentiality and so we block the Pathways phone number; this means it will not appear on your caller ID. We can unblock our number in order to call phones that do not accept blocked numbers. This means that one of Pathways office numbers will appear on your caller ID.

Note about voice mail: If you do not have voice mail or if your mailbox is full, we will try several times to reach you. If you feel you have not heard from us within a couple business days, please call our office at 508-852-7600 and ask to speak to a counselor.

We have meeting spaces throughout Central Massachusetts, including Worcester, Fitchburg, Gardner, Southbridge, Webster & Barre.
